How to clean a garrison dehumitfer air filter ?

i don't know. consider using you vacuum to suck the filter clean. be safe. unplug your machine and use only the least amount of suction to do the job. don't make a hole in the filter. if you do, use a small piece of tape over the hole before turning on your unit.

I have a Honeywell hdh 125 dehumidifier and I can't get it to turn on. What are some possible solutions to this problem?

try a different electrical outlet. turn it on and set it at highest reading then reduce the setting to the lowest. if still not running, unplug it and fiddle with the high level contact or switch on the bucket. seat the bucket properly then plug it back in to test if it works.

Does anyone know how to dismantle the Stadler Form Albert dehumidifier ? I removed all screws but cannot get to the internals. I need to find out why it always stays in deforst mode.

i don't know. if moisture high, until resolved or repaired, consider using an electrical timer to shut it off and on for your choice of cycles.

Unit is almost new, will not collect any water. Runs well!

Be careful. i do not know. set at highest setting and let it run. while running, reduce setting to the lowest over a few minutes. at a lower setting you should be able to tell that the compressor has started. run it for 5 minutes, then unplug your machine. next, feel the cooling coils to see if they are very cold. if they are not cold, your unit needs to be serviced.

SOURCE:50 pt. dehumidifier will not Nothing worked, because the drain hole to the hose connection is clogged or the hose is clogged. When that happens, water is diverted to the bucket. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF & Unplug the unit. Remove the hose and check it for clogs. If none are found, the clog is inside the hose connector. Using an 18" long plastic Zip Tie appropriately sized to fit the hole. Carefully insert the tip of the Zip Tie and continue to push it in, until you reach a bend in the tubing. You will have to gingerly work the Zip Tie past the bend, until it bottoms out or you run out of usable Zip Tie. Then slowly remove the Zip Tie while rotating (twisting) it. This will break up any clogs. As you reach the inserted end of the Zip Tie, be prepared as some water that might follow. Even if you don't see any residue from a clog, it may have been pushed out of the way. Reinstall everything, plug the unit in, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON and take it for a test drive. Be sure the hose is no longer than 5 feet and that it gradually slopes down and away from the unit. The water drainage relies entirely on gravity.

My dehumidifier is showing an E3 on the top and there is no water going in the bucket

E3 is a sensor error and some say cleaning the air intake filter can help. Others say the humidity sensor needs to be replaced.

Freidrich d70BP dehumidifier stopped turning on after I plug it in a malfunction outlet, probably a fuse is shut off, but I don't know where the fuse is or how to replace it.

No fuse. Probably fried the humidification switch. Need to replace as a start.

My dehumidifier runs but it gets no water in the tank

1: it isn't humid enough 2; it is running outside 40-95°F limits. 3. compressor isn't making the coils cold. It should be blowing warm air if it is working

My unit runs but doesn’t collect any water and then it stops and EC shows up in the window.

usually, owners manual defines error codes. Otherwise google "(make, model) error codes". If it isn't blowing warm air, then the compressor isn't working which would be why it isn't making any water.
