JBL MCDC100 6-Disc CD Changer Questions & Answers
I have a 6-disc JBL
Everyone keeps talking about a reset small hole around eject button/ power switch. I have the JBL 6 disc changer. Where is this reset hole on that system? 2002 Camry.

I've had this happen before with car stereo's uh i just normally unscrew the screws out of the top of the player to where you can get to the tray or slot for the cds and force the cd tray or the cd itself out but be careful and not break the cd this might work it usually does for me
Error 3 on my 6
try disconnecting power to the radio for an hour or so. usually it is best to disconnect the battery overnight to reset the microprocessors.

as you said the cd is stuck and the tray is not comming outswitch off you system wait for few seconds then switch on the system and press eject take big needle or streighten the papper clip and you will find a small hole below the tray insert the needle and push it not hard burt hard the system tray will eject if still the tray is not comming out power off the system remove the cover by removing the screw after removing the screw u can see the cd remove the plug them and see if the cd tray comes out on not
I have 6 CD Changer in a 2002 SLK 320 with changer
Have you tried putting the CDs in label-side down? My Alpine needs them to be label-side-up, but a friends changer (kenwood? I don't remember) needs them to be label-side-down.
Whichever way you've put them, try flipping the CDs to see if it makes a difference.

Take it to any local car audio shop, find out the make of the changer and chances are good that it can be fixed quickly and at a minimal cost or replaced with an aftermarket unit that will work perfectly with the factory radio for under 600 installed easily. Hope this helps
