Sunpak (SDPF-070AW-0US) Digital Picture Frame Questions & Answers
I have a HP df802 series digital picture frame.
I would transfer all the pictures to my computer hard drive and then use another sd card - load some pictures on there and then introduce it to HP - if that also does not work then issue is with the picture frame. If it works then hassle is with original sd card. Sometimes reformatting the sd card will restore it to proper operation. Sometimes it will restore but then revert as my card does all the time since it is a sick puppy!

No pictures showing anymore
sounds like the projection bulb went. behind computer monitors and lcd screens is a bulb that shines a light threw the screen to allow you to be able to see the image, try opening the unit to see if the bulb is on while unit is on, if not try shining a light threw the back of the screen to see if you can see the image. bulb may need to be replaced.

Have you saved the images that are appearing as Landscape in Portrait?
The frame should display the images as you saved them. Rotate the image in your photo editing program until they appear as Portrait, then save them. This should fix your problem.

I have a 13" digital photo frame from Sunpak
That should not be though thing for you to do
When you insert the memory card generally the pictures go in to the slide-show mode and auto-plays
if the same is not happening it means the settings have been altered
to correct this all you got to do is hit the menu button through the remote or the side button go to the second option which is for Setup click enter and go to the last option which is for 'Default'
Select the default and from the next time onwards the pictures would play automatically once you insert the Memory card
Make sure you save the pictures in JPEG format on the memory card or flash drive that you are using

I am not able to put the pictures on the internal memory?
Had this same problem and found this solution after digging on this forum, and it worked...you have to pay attention to the "Device" you are pasting to. It's cumbersome for copying mutliple pictures, but with persistance, it works.
"I have found that when you have the source of the photo files connected to the picture frame and are viewing from the menu it says "USB" Select the photos you what to paste by following the instructions and then change the "Device" to "favorites" and the paste by pressing the "enter" button. You can only paste about 10 files or photos at a time...so if you have allot it take a while. hope this helps"

Virus on photo frame
I suggest you plug it in on your computer and use the existing anti virus program on your computer to clean it.
