Most likely you have a failed power supply. Unfortunately, PhotoVu is out of business now, so unless you're pretty handy with electronics, you are out of luck. There is a document on their website about how to crack open the case and what the replacement parts are.

My photo frame comes on but the blue light on the side flashes when it stops it says Please wait on the frame and doesn't come of that :(

No you simply MUST have the pictures in the EXACT format & size that the Frame uses...You can simply re-size the pic's Usually they are pretty picky what they run... usually it will be a set format.. say JPG, and size say 200KB and color depth say 24/32bit. If one uses anything else your are going to get problems.

The clue is in your descrition; Old. If the mechanism has jammed, due to age or lack of use that causes tarnisg=hing on the contacts, the motor/mechanism will not load. I would get it serviced at an aurgorised Minolta repair shop. Contact Minolta for a list of authorised repairers.
