Maybe try taking the loaf out sooner . Keep a check on the bread when it is baking and stop it before it burns. Hope it helps, at least you wont have to throw it away.

You can easily get the manual for your model just by Googleing the make and model and say manual and bingo, you'll probably get the .pdf file you can download manual.

some bread machines warm the ingredients before any mixing starts. If your breamachine doesn't start mixing within 1/2 hour then you DO have a problem. Give it a half hour before you assume it is broken.
