It seems like the Welbilt company has folded. I found a site that some Welbilt users are running and posting some manuals. I didn't see the ABM800, but saw an ABM8200 along with a number of other manuals. I checked and the manual download did work for the 8200. A lot of the models were very similar. If you compare your model to the pictures on the manuals, you may find one that works for you. Hope this helps

The pan needs a slight twist as you remove it from the machine tpo make it come free of the mechanism below. Then turn the pan upside down and shake out the loaf. the loaf should leave the paddle behind but sometimes it comes with it.
Clean the pan by wiping as too much washing will spoil the non-stick surface and it is uneccessary anyway.

some machines warm-up for about 15 minutes before they start kneading especially on whole wheat settings. Did your machine ever start kneading?

There is a stage after kneading where the machine seems dormant and no or almost no heat is applied. This is the "Rise" stage. Do you have a copy of the manual that goes with your machine?
