I just bought a Just

Take it back. Something has a short in it. Do not leave it plugged into the charger or you could have a fire.

Blue tooth speaker wont turn back on.

Unable to connect to a device?

Before attempting any of the following steps, make sure that you are running the latest software version on your SoundLink Wireless Mobile speaker. Click here to visit the software update center and update your speaker. If you are still having difficulty connecting to a device after updating the software, continue to the troubleshooting steps.

Unable to connect with a previously paired device?

Please try the following to resolve this issue:Perform a product resetTo perform a SoundLink speaker reset, following these steps:
  1. On the speaker, press and hold Mute for 10 seconds, the LEDs will flash briefly
  2. Press Power to turn the SoundLink speaker back on
Clear the pairing list on both the SoundLink Wireless Mobile speaker and the source
  1. On the SoundLink speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 10 seconds until you hear a tone. The SoundLink speaker clears all Bluetooth devices from its memory and becomes discoverable
  2. Clear the list on your Bluetooth device. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer of the device
  3. Perform a product reset. On the speaker, press and hold Mute for 10 seconds, the LEDs will flash briefly. Press Power to turn the SoundLink speaker back on
  4. Try pairing the device again by following these steps:
    1. With the Bluetooth device and the SoundLink speaker both turned on, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speaker for three seconds to make the speaker discoverable. The Bluetooth indicator will slowly fade on and off approximately once every second to show the speaker is in discoverable mode
    2. Set your Bluetooth device to "Discoverable." This will allow your device to discover the SoundLink speaker
    3. On your device, locate the Bluetooth device list. Select "Bose SoundLink" from the list
    4. If your device asks for a passkey, enter digits 0000 and press OK. Some devices also ask you to accept the connection. Your Bluetooth device indicates when pairing is complete. The SoundLink speaker indicates pairing is complete when the Bluetooth indicator stops fading on and off and remains on
Be sure the SoundLink speaker is within 30 feet of the Bluetooth deviceThe system is designed to operate at a range of 30 feet. However, performance can be diminished by obstacles such as walls or metal, and may also be affected by other Bluetooth devices. Try moving the SoundLink speaker closer to the Bluetooth device.Be sure the source's Bluetooth function is OnMany Bluetooth enabled devices have an option where the Bluetooth feature can be turned On or Off. This option may be set to Off to save the battery life of the device. Be sure this option is set to On. If the Bose product is paired to the Bluetooth enabled device, it should automatically reconnect when its Bluetooth function is turned on. If the Bose product doesn't automatically reconnect, manually select the Bose product within the Bluetooth list on the device.Manually connect the SoundLink speaker in the device listSome devices will pair to a device but not automatically connect. Go to the pairing list of the device and check if this is the case. If it is, try connecting to the SoundLink speaker.

Plugged in it flashes red, unplugged is unresponsive.

You also need to turn on your phone's bluetooth, and get them connected so that it works, otherwise, it could not.. Flash red means it's charging right now.Android 4.0 Tablet PC

I lost my manual and

Can't say for sure without knowing what type of headset, but most that I've used you can reset by holding the connect button down for 5-10 seconds and you will hear a beep to confirm it's reset. If you are asked for a password, try 0000. If not, try 1234. Go to your phones menu and enable the bluetooth. The phone should then search for available bluetooth devices in the vicinity. It should then find your headset. You then need to agree to Pair the device with your phone.

I can't connect my bt-15k2

Hi desireeveiga,

I see that you need assistance in getting your BT heatset to your LG phone.

make sure that the BT headset is set to discoverable mode, I believe there is a connect button on the headset that you can press and hold down for a couple of seconds this should lit up a light meaning that the BT headset is ready to be discovered by a device.

Once the Headset is set to be discoverable you can try and get you LG phone to detect the headset, Once detected the pairing code should be standard try 0000 this should get the BT headset connected to you LG phone.

I hope that this can help.

Have a nice day,

The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

I used the bluetooth headset in rainy season and I

Place it a warm dry spot, for several hours, or try the lowest setting of a blow dryer from a foot or so away. Moisture can get inside and it needs time to dry. Warm air helps, this make take a day or so.. With air current, less time, then try to charge it again. This just may help !! RDPONY.

Bt-15k2 wont power up

You probably got a defective unit. Look at the manufacture date. If after rev072010 you're ok. Look bottom by the scan bar code for the date.
