When you buy these machines, they don't tell you that they need dealer servicing every 6 to 12 months. You need a brew head service kit which involves replacing all the seals and O-rings. open the machine, look at the wiring to the water heater. 1 cable is loose in the rubber/PVC cap. you have to solder it again.
