why not call dell direct on the phone and have them talk you through the problem so easy

This sounds like a bad battery which is affecting the time held in the BIOS. If there is a battery that can be replaced on the motherboard do this.

There is a problem using WEP try switching to WPA-PSK this should solve the problem

Can you look in your device manager and tell me if it reads something simular to SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio?Then when you look at the driver details version number, check http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/inspiron-1525 you might wanna enter your exact model number or serial to verify but make sure it is the same one. If not there is also a diagnostic to download in case that driver doesn't seem to work.

Contact whoever sold you the new battery and ask for a replacement, or for their technical support, (if they have support).-a.

There are several Reasons.

1. Your Processor heated up more than the expected limit. Often caused by a trouble with Heat-Sink(and or the Copper tunnel if have one inside), Short Circuit. You have to check the Processor and its Socket.

Remove 1 stick of ram and turn on, if no! take out the second one and put back the first, and power on, if okay you know the 1 stick is bad. Remove main battery and power on, "long shot" if no change chances are it is a motherboard issue.
