To Set the Current Time: Press the HOUR button as many times as necessary to advance the display the correct time. Note, the time can only be set in 30 minute intervals. The LED display will display the hour (1-12) and on the half hour a light will illuminate in the upper right corner, next to the number 30. To Override the Timer: Press the PROGRAM button if you want the device to turn on before the preset time, but note the device will turn off at the preset time. For example, if the preset ON/OFF period is 3 pm - 4 pm, users can manually press PROGRAM to turn the device on at 2 PM, the timer will keep running until the preset off time at 4 pm.
