Helo. I have a Sony
Try do a hard reset of the phone to return it to factory settings. First make sure the inside of the sim card slot doesnt maybe have dirt or something in there.
How to open xperia back
Use of strong finger nails: find the two grooves at the botton of the mobile and pull - it takes some effort.
I cannot find how to change language frm swedish to english
Assuming that all the text is inSwedish and you can't understand it then follow these instructions. Using 'PANEL' button(X at bottom left) on front facia select the top left Panel (black screen with XPERIA written accross the bottom) now select windows logo(top Left)at the bottom of the list should be a 'blue circle with a question mark in the middle of it', immediatley above this should be the 'Settings' folder - select this. You should now have icons(pictures) with 3 'Tabs' along the bottom of the page - select the middle one ( this should be 'system') now look for a Globe (picture of the World) this should be 'Regional Settings' - select this. From the drop down menu select 'English' and whatever regional dialect you want, when you have done this tap top right corner, this should be OK until you are back at the Main Panel, now shut down and then restart X1, you should now have everything in English. Good luck.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PASSWORD
I'm afraid you'll have to hard reset your device to get rid of the password request screen. Hope you have a recent backup of your personal data, to be restored afterwards, because a hard reset procedure sets your device to its factory defaults. Anyway, here it goes:
- If your device is not already in stand-by, press the power button to turn it off;
- Press and hold both left and right buttons on the front of the device (the ones right under the screen);
- Whilst keeping holding the keys, briefly press the power button to turn the device on;
- Release the keys only after a blue screen asking for confirmation comes up;
- Slide the qwerty keyboard and press 'r' (for reset).
Hope it works for you.
Cheers!
Carlos
