U can try changing the language in the setting there

May be your phone is pin locked. Call your toll free service provider number, they will provide your PUK code after inquiring about your mobile phone

Sounds like there is a bluetooth module problem on either your phone or car. To test the problem further, try to use another phone with bluetooth capability and pair it to your phone first.
