How to print envelope
You have to place envelopes in bypass feeder. It is situated at the left side of machine.Do not try to feed them from other trays, since there is a retard roller causing envelopes to jam.Perhaps you also have to tell the machine what size the enevlopes are. This happens usually when you put material in the feeder.Bear in mind that the envelope "flap" must go in the machine first and the printable side down.Good luck.
How to print envelope?
Go to print preferences, select envelope, reduce the size of the paper tray to envelope size

In my case was like when i tried to print MS Word or Excel document (Xerox WC 5020 & WC 7120) i had to set "Original document size" in Paper Type option as same as "Output document size" in Printing preferences - it should help.

I am not sure whether you can access the following steps in your computer;
- To clean your Fuji-Xerox ApeosPort is to open a document (from the computer) and select
print from the menu,
- In the print screen window select 'properties' Or 'Preferences'
- In the next window click 'maintenance'
- In the next window there will be many options to clean, align, nozzle check etc etc...
