I have a kipor power with a fault code p-03 and it

press and hold the function button turn on the ignition and hold until it ges into test mode should display something like ph 2 then start it up and test the output voltage and wether or not it produces power correctly. if it does test the output voltage with a multimeter to confirm the output is the same as displayed on the machine if not remove the control panel and adjust the trim pot on the rear of the display panel until it displays correctly,
if not it could be the carbon brushes in the altenator or the avr which is a black box bolted to the frame

Kipor 6700ta po5 code problems , diesel silent generator

1. Check the voltage of battery whether is 12V or 24V; 2. The voltage of battery is low when the generator is still, then it is necessary to dismantle the battery and charge the battery with charger. 3. If the voltage of battery is low but the generator is running, it indicates that the diesel engine driven charger doesn't work; then it is necessary to stop the engine to check the fan belt. 4. if the fan belt is not loose, please check the charging AC diesel engine driven charger, please refer to Manual for Diesel Engine. 5. If the battery can not store the electricity, please replace the battery for a new one. https://www.dieselgeneratortech.com/generator-sets/discovery-and-elimination-of-faults-of-the-control-system.html

My kipor KGE 6000 Ti generator overload light is on, and there is no current output.

Read the instruction manual. If you are certain you did everything right and the generator does not behave as intended then return it to the supplier as faulty.

check for a small fracture on the tubing caused from age and flexing from vibration. It is usually right where the tubing comes off the carburetor.
