I just bought one last week at an Ebay store called "international electronic and more."

I still have my model Me 800-10 9-12 V D C 4W epilady. It's transformer is Meproelectric model number N4120-1230-DC.
INPUT: AC120V 60Hz 14W.

Well, if you are comfortable fixing it yourself, try opening it up and troubleshooting the connection where the epilady mates with the charger. Use a pencil eraser or metal potscrubber (steel wool) to shine the contacts up, and if springs are involved to maintain contact, see if you can't get at them an stretch more life into them.

The good news is, you can treat yourself to a new one direct from gpcare.com, and of course ebay is always an option if the $60 USD cost of a new unit breaks the birthday budget. But hey, treat yourself, who else will?

The groove on the floating gear had widened and rounded, due to the vibration, so the gear disengaged periodically.

I switched the coil unit, so the other floating gear is now connected to the drive gear.

Best solution will be to find a gear replacement.

You really don't need instructions. Just got over area using a small circular motions. I just keep going over the entire leg this way until all hair is removed and yes there will be some pain (especially if you have never experienced waxing!).
