I doubt if the engine is seized but with the loss of oil in the transmission it could be a seized bush/ bearing in the torque converter or input to the ransmission

I'd bet if you check the fluid level properly as Owner's manual or Repair manual requires (hot), go through gears, measure in drive but Emergency on or helper on the brakes. You will probably find fluid is still low. Screen in the transmission pan may be clogged due to the "abuse". But it may also be burned "toast" as some say. You probably? have a leak? or you haven't checked fluid consistently. Seals may be bad. Temporarily I believe Bars leak stop has a Transmission seal leak stop. Consider mileage, is it time to trade vs new or (very lightly) used transmission?May be best to find very lightly used engine and transmission as a unit. Change out would probably be easiest other than emissions connections and compatibility. How is the rest of the truck's condition? A lightly used comparable may be your best alternative. Do you have transmission fluid lines connecting to the radiator? Is the coolant "oil-ly"? You may have a leak in the radiator internal fluid cooler. If so you need a new radiator or install separate transmission fluid cooler.

You probably need to have your ABS changed. When you go to stop your car does it activate the ABS (The brakes acts like your on a slippery surface when you go to stop even though the road is dry). The brake light I have know Ideal if that's related or not.

Check fuel pressure. Sounds like pump went out. Also check alternater.
