Samsung HDTV - HLR5067WAX/XAA - popped, went dark
You had a surface mounted capacitor (AKA "CAP") let go on one of the circuit boards, open the set up and look for a small burnt area on the circuit boards inside the TV, it is likely it will be the power supply board, but that is just a guess..

What do I need to connect to hometheater
That is a big question. How large is your room? Do you want projection TV or a big solid state screen? You will need a blue ray DVD player with wi-fi inputs, a receiver that will take several inputs and TV box if you want to show TV. I have a theater and can give you more advice but I need to know everything you would like to do.

Where can I find a Parts repair manual for vivitek model rp56hd22a ?
It is called a service manual. Most repairs for this model require lamp and housing replacements and they are available online but are expensive; $100 plus or minus in the USA. You can google for other parts but they are hard to find on this model.
Encompass has some parts showing, take a look there.

Vivitek d510 projector has the power button
do the next test. God bless you
- Reset component settings.
Usually, the problems you encounter with a projection TV may be resolved
through the resetting to its factory settings. If you experience
inaccuracies in the color, reset the television's PerfectTint/PerfectColor
capabilities. Simply press the Menu tab and then highlight "Perfect Color"
using your right key arrow. After this, press "Enter" and then "Reset" in
order to reset to factory settings. If you have audio / video problems
(VCR or DVD player), simply press "Menu" and highlight the "Reset"
option.
Reset television controls. In case you cannot fix your TV via its
component settings, there are other ways of resetting. Just select "Menu", key
in "1, 2, 3", and then press "Enter." In doing this, the TV's
manufacturer's specifications will all be restored. If your TV's power system
does not function, you should perform a complete system reset. You can do this
by clicking on Reset System button located at the TV's control panel. Your
television will be turned off and then a green light (LED) will quickly flash
for approximately one minute. Once the light has stopped flashing, your TV
should immediately turn on.

Use your TV remote to change the input away from S Video. There should be an Input button or Video Source button. Press this button repeatedly to cycle through the inputs. Depending on how your cable box is hooked up to your tv, your input will vary.
