One of my cordless phones says not registered. How

Put the non-registered handset in the master base unit. Unplug the base unit for about 10 seconds and plug it back in. Wait for a message to change on the handset and press and hold the handset locator button for 4 seconds. This will re-register the handset. Do not remove the handset from the base while performing the above steps. Good Luck!

You can't. Sorry, but with digital answering machines when you delete messages they are truly gone.

How do I access messages

You'll need to visit AT&T's support site and download the manual for your phone to get full details, but all phones with remote capability work basically the same way. You call your phone number, and when your message starts playing you enter a code number. After that it's a matter of entering other codes to play messages, delete them, record a new announcement and so on. Some systems provide voice prompts; with others you might need to carry a reference card until you learn the codes. Your phone's manual will tell you what's what for your model.

I have a 4 handset

  1. Reset the telephone base. Unplug the unit's electrical power. Wait for 15 seconds then plug it back in. Allow up to one minute for the cordless handset and telephone base to reset.
  2. Remove and re-install the battery pack in the handset, and place cordless handset in the telephone base. Wait for the cordless handset to re-establish its connection with the telephone base. Allow up to one minute for this to take place.

If the unit does not seem to be responding normally, try putting the cordless handset in its base. If it does not seem to respond, do the following (in the order listed):
• Disconnect the power to the telephone base.
• Disconnect the cordless handset battery, and spare battery, if applicable.
• Wait a few minutes.
• Connect power to the telephone base.
• Re-install the battery pack, and place the cordless handset into the telephone base.
• Wait for the cordless handset to re-establish its connection with the telephone base. Allow up to one minute for this to take place.

If none of the above work, the handset is more than likely incompatible with the base that you have. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_69f3cc28d95bf514

Mailbox is full how do you empty it?

There should either be a delete button or erase message button. If it's a menu system go to delete old messages. Then delete your old messages either one by one or as a batch.. Also look for Mailboxes, select enter, then empty or trash or earase.

To change the message, first make sure your phone has the correct date, time, year, am or pm, etc.

Now, to Record Greeting - if you don't record your own greeting, a pre-recorded greeting message is used.

So, try this:

1. (Menu) press
2 (Go to Answering Device" with up/down arrow, press OK
3 (Go to "Record Greeting" with up/down arrow, press OK
4 After the handset beeps, speak clearly about 20 cm (8 inches) away from the

6 (OFF)

Hope this helps.

We have dect 6.0. ha 603293960 w/ 2 handsets.

There may be a button on them called channel search, or something to that effect. Try using that, it will change to a different channel and the static might leave.

Hope that helps!

My phone keeps sending everything

You'll need to find out from your phone service provider how to disable or change the settings on your voice mail. The service is part of your phone line and has nothing to do with the phone, so it's not covered in the manual. Normally the phone service provider gives you a set of instructions (or provides them on their website) explaining how to use the features on your line.

You typically enter "star codes" (*72, for instance) to enable a feature or change its settings. Voicemail usually has two modes: "busy", where it will pick up a message if your line is in use, or "no answer", where the voicemail picks up after a set number of rings. You would want to choose "busy" so that your home answering machine will take the call when you aren't on the phone, and voicemail only kicks in if someone else calls while the line is already in use.

Contact your service provider and they should be able to tell you the magic codes for your system.
