To set the date and time manually: 1. When the handset is in idle mode, press MENU/ SELECT to enter the main menu. 2. Press qCID or pDIR to scroll to >set date/time and then press MENU/SELECT. 3. Press qCID or pDIR to select the month, then press MENU/SELECT, or enter the number using the dialing keys. 4. Press qCID or pDIR to select the day, then press MENU/SELECT, or enter the number using the dialing keys. 5. Press qCID or pDIR to select the year, then press MENU/SELECT, or enter the number using the dialing keys, then press MENU/SELECT to move on to set the time. 6. Press qCID or pDIR to select the hour, then press MENU/SELECT, or enter the number using the dialing keys. 7. Sit the headset units back to the main base one by one. Make sure you do all of them at the sametime. This will reset the DECT 6 security feature. Swap out the rechargeable battery to rule out weak battery problem.

stop trying to dial out, you can't anyway if the phone s being used. the reason you cant hear when buttons are pressed is because they bleep to send a signal to the exchange which will over-ride the other phones.

When you say "all messages" are you referring only to the messages on your answering machine or are you including the messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company? This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.
