Today i bought "another" xbox

Hello.
You need to press the "sync" button, both on the console and in the controller. In the controller, this button is located near the LB, its small and round, and in the console, its right in the side of the memory card B slot. Also round.

When you press it in the controller, the lights will blink, spinning, same with the console. Both will sync this way. Let me know if it helped!

My xbox 360 controller dosent

There's a little button on the front of your 360 and the same button is on the front of the controller. You hit the button on the 360 and the green lights around the power button start to circle. Then you hit it on your controller and the green lights around thexbox guide button start to circle. In a second or two they'll find each other and both will flash at the same time, and it's synced up. I think there's a little symbol of air waves next to the button.

Try this it should fix your problem

Console is not syncing with

are you using a play and charge kit, if so just try taking battery pack out and using normall batterys, as the play and charge kit does not carry any controler info to the xbox only voltage,
so it still acts as a wireless pad even when plugged in,
so what im saying is it could be a rubbish signal due to not having enough power charge,
if this does not fix it and you have tried the proper syncing process involving bothe the sync button on the xobx and the one on the controler its probably a broken controller, you should borrow one off a friend to see if that will connect to make sure not a faulty xbox
thanks

Xbox360 not reading controllers

Re-Sync the controller, by pressing the small button at the top of the controller, and then pressing the small button near the memory card ports.

I can't connect my Xbox360 Controller with

Have you tried more than 1 controller on the console?
Have you tried connecting it to the USB port via play n charge?

In some cases, the following part goes bad. It's the power button, but it also includes the receiver for the wireless controllers. When you hit Sync, this is the part that the controllers communicate with. It's not very difficult to install as long as you know how to open the XBox 360.

My wireless controller and system seems fine while

you'll need to either get a dvd remote or sign into xbox live and update it. If that doesn't work, you'll need to use a transfer cable to clear your system cache and then reupdate. If that doesn't work, you'll have to try another solution. Maybe the xbox is too old.

If that doesn't work you may have an internal controller error and your best bet is too replace it.

Can not get controllers to

I'm not sure if this will help, but what I did was to connect a wireless controller to my XBOX with a cord/wire, then turn on my XBOX by pressing the middle button on the controller. This allowed my box to read the controller that way. You can then disconnect the controller from the cord then after, if you like. Unfortunately though, I have to always do this if I want the controller to be connected to my box, so that means EVERY TIME! I'm a little upset about it to say the least.
