A lot of the Sandisk cruzers create a CD emulator (this will appear in "Computer". If you created a password for your drive you need to enter that to unlock the data portion of the drive. If you have no password then the drive could be bad and you need to reformat it.

Right click my computer>manage>Disk management>right click Removable drive>then Format OK

Just fix it to the computer and use it as a normal flash drive! Of course it will install it's software first.

Go to http://u3.sandisk.com/ and download

With the computer on and you logged in.

• Plug in the flash drive and open Computer/My Computer
• The flash drive should appear
• Right Click it and select format. Leave the defaults and give it a volume name if you want. After it formats it's ready to go.

Right click the Folder of your USB, click on 'Format'. A window should come up; just click on 'Start' - located on the bottom.

Check under the 'Computer' folder, that is the only place where it should appear. If not,

• It probably is a problem with the USB port
• It might be blocked by your computer's security program

Usually a pop up with a question like 'What do you want to do with the USB' will pop up, click on 'Open Folder to View Files'. There you can view your files. You can also access your USB by clicking on its folder, under the Computer folder. To simply upload to your USB:Go to the designated file, right click, Click on 'Send to' then select your USB folder. 1. You have to extract the ISO or MSI or DEB image of the game into a PC. You can get this software freely available in the net.

2. Then you have to use a USB installer software to burn this ISO image into a USB drive. USB installers are also freely available in the net.

3. Then you can used the USB drive to install the game into any PC/Laptop

plug in the flash drive and it should ask you what you would like to do. click on open folder to view files, then simply drag and drop/copy and paste the pics you want into it.

if it doesnt auto load, click start, then my computer and your flash drive should be there, (usually under E or F drive) double click to open it and do as above.

2.The first time the device is connected to the computer the PC will load up the drivers. Be patient.
3.The PC will recognize your USB SanDisk Cruzer Flash drive.
4.Click on My Computer/Computer icon on your desktop(or start - computer) and after that click on your flash drive icon.
5.There you can see all files on your flash drive and right click on your chosen picture and copy.
6.Right click (example desktop) and paste.

If the autoplay menu doesn't show up, just go to My Computer and double click whichever drive the USB is in. If it does, just view the files, then find and double click the music files you have in the flash drive. It should open whatever music player you have on your computer and play the music.

Hi there, It seams there are hidden files on your memory stick. I would advise you format it to clear it completely.

Once you plug the sandisk into your computer, a window should pop up asking you if you want to view the files on the disk, if it does, click on it. If not, just go to Start Menu -> My Computer -> (The Flash Drive). Move this window to the side so you can see the desktop aswell as the flashdrive folder. (You have have to 'demaximize' (Restore Down) the window so that you can see the desktop aswell. Then go to the start menu again and go to "My Pictures" or wherever your pictures are located. then, you can click and drag the pictures from the "My Pictures" folder into the FlashDrive's folder. Once all the images are copied into the flashdrive folder, you can unplug the flash drive and the images will be on it.

If your computer doesn't detect it and/or it does not light up then the drive is bad. You will have to replace it. If you need the content then I would contact a data recovery specialist company to attempt to retrieve the data. For flash drives it generally will run you several hundred dollars.
Just google "data recovery experts" and you should get relevant locations in your area.
