The idog should not do that and i suggest returning it or exchanging it for another one.

Check underside near front legs and switch the "on". Volume is tail front to back to change. Push the nose and rub the face and also try switching the connection cord end to end to the MP3 player or Ipod.

You cant charge you just have to use batteries

Try plugging in your iPod and playing music worked for me and/or put new batteries in it but do NOT press reset

u should feed 2 hours of music u can plug it in to anything that plays music please rate or vote for me please
