I inserted the Micro SD into the Adapter, then I put the adapter into the computer slot, and the computer shows it's in, but every time either freezes up or says "Please insert a disc into SD Card (F:)." I just bought it yesterday, so maybe I am doing something completely wrong. It works in my Cell phone which is a T-Mobile Nokia 6086 just fine, but I want to use the card on my computer.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time.
What size is the SD card in GBs? If it is larger than 2GB (4 or 8) do you have a SDHC card reader?
Also try formating the card first in the phone and then using it. Using it straight out of the package, while able to be written, my have difficultly with other devices reading the data.

Is there a limit to the number of files that you can put on a PNY 2 GB SD card? I tried to put photos on a couple that are 2 GB and once I got to about 350 .jpg files it wouldn't let me copy anymore onto the cards. I checked the free space available and still had 1GB + free space. I tried copying larger sized .jpg files and got the same error after around 350 files; this time there was less free space because of the larger files but I was still stuck around 350. Any suggestions???
Depends on the size of each file ( picture). If your shooting a large formate then it could ( that's all you can get on it.

My sd card says it's write-protected and i don't know how to fix it or where to remove the write-protection because i never put one on. It won't let me delete or put new songs or pictures on it.
Two causes that I've run across one is the slider is in the wrong spot just need to move it to unlocked or the card has become corrupted which means you need to format it. Usually happens when you go from one OS to another to load stuff or if you formatted it on a device that doesn't quite format it right.
To reformat put it in the card reader in your pc and under my computer find the card. Might show as a usb mass storage is you use a card reader or sdcard if you have it built in. Right click and format. You can sometimes copy your data off of the card first but most of the time you will see card or device not ready which means you won't be able to. So all you can do is reformat.

I nerver can get to a place to use the code to get free downloads.
You can go direct to the following link
HTTP://nationalgeographic.pny.com/
BUT only allows you one choice:
An Elephant Call.
Plus, you have to download a bunch of stuff that you probably don't want on your phone.
As nornal, it's a rip-off AD by PNY

my microsd 2gb memory card show write protected.plz help me
You will need to use a regular SD Card Adapter for the micro sd card. The micro sd card itself does not have a write protected switch, but a regular SD card adapter will, and that does affect the microsd card. You just need to put it in an adapter, flip the switch to make sure it knows it is "locked" - so switch it to locked first, then switch it to unlocked. From there you should be able to write to the card. If you can not then it is possible the micro-sd card is having physical problems and may need to be replaced. Here is a little diagram showing how to unlock the card. Before you go though please make sure to rate my answer 4 thumbs up, it is extremely important to me for you to do so. I would be forever grateful!
