Itunes music is not supported to import and to used to your Studio 11 you need to convert that file first before you import it.

May 12th, 2008: Some customers reported problems installing Studio Plus version 11 UPGRADE (11.0) or Studio version 11 Standard (11.0) on systems with Windows XP Service Pack 3 was already installed (a message asking for Windows XP Service Pack 2 is displayed). Pinnacle is investigating this problem.
We can offer you the following workaround:
- Copy all the content of the Installation DVD of Studio version 11 to your hard disk in a new folder.
- Download http://cdn.pinnaclesys.com/SupportFiles/Studio11/WelcomeSP3.exe
- Copy the file WelcomeSP3.exe to the root of the directory where the Installation DVD was copy
- Double-click on WelcomeSP3.exe to launch it. It will take few seconds and then the Studio version 11 installation will start.
