These a pin hole on front i believe....below drawer and to the right...try using a paper clip and inserting it in there pushing in while you push the eject button.....If that dont work...take the dront panel off of it.....just grab a side a pull, it should come off....

Hi mreisinger11,It sounds to me as if you have the red ring of death. Unfortunately there aren't too many ways you can go about to fix this on your own without breaking your warranty.My suggestion is to contact Microsoft customer support. They will either refurbish your 360 or give you another one free of charge.

i have an xbox myself and ive never heard of it lighting up red. it could be damaged in the circuit board and the red light could be the way the system is telling u there is a problem

reconnect xbox live via wireless and find your conncection source.. if you have a passcode on your internet connection . use it . if it was hardwired . use the instructions used to connect it up... go to xbox support if you have issues..
