Good Day,
If you have a legit copy, and still have the installation disc, and just lost the key, you may call Microsoft at this number : 1-800-MICROSOFT or 1-800-642-7676, minimal charges apply.
Be sure to have the installation disc and /or its packaging, the customer service representative will be asking details from you and the answers would be found on the disc or the packaging itself. the customer service representative may even ask from where it was bought so if possible, it is a good idea to have the receipt with you too, upon calling for support.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you for using Fixya.

I can no more received mail from my microsoft

You need to download the patch from Microsoft for outlook. Because of changes they made to the way Hotmail delivers mail in the HTML format you need to get that patch. Also make sure you are not using SSL for your sign on process. Hotmail doesn't accept secure login you need to use open login to get your hotmail email into outlook.

You can try the following steps:
1. You can try to reset the outlook settings to default settings using the following command:
Press Windows key+ R and type "outlook /resetnavpane" , click on "OK".
2. You can disable the add ins in the registry as well.
Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins registry subkey and the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins registry subkey.
The individual available add-ins are listed in the Addins subkeys. Within each Add-ins subkey is a property called LoadBehavior. This property has two possible values: 2 to disable or disconnect the add-in and 3 to enable the add-ins.

3. Create a new outlook profile and configure the e-mail account.
4. You can also try to run the scan on PST file. Depending on the combination of Windows and MS Office versions you have installed,ScanPst is in one of the following folders
  • C:\Program Files\Common Files\System; in there, there is a folder named either "MSMAPI" or "MAPI". Under this folder you'll see a folder with a numerical name such as 1033. So, the complete path for ScanPst looks like "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\"

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\
  • or

  • C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\

I hope the above fix works for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to down load microsoft word proccesing for

You can download a 30 day trial from microsoft's website (http://www20.buyoffice.microsoft.com/usa/?torb=4&WT.mc_id=ODC_ENUS_GenTry_Control). However if you want to use it longer than 30 days, you need to purchase the software. You can also purchase it online or in any office products store (like Office Depot or Staples).
You can also use something like Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/) to create Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.
Hope this helps!

I thought my netbook came with windows

You need to check your original purchase slip to see if Outlook was included. Most often it is not since computer manufacturers want to keep the price down. It is very common to include trial software in hopes you will buy it since they get a cut of the action. I suggest you try Gmail which is free unless you need all the features of Outlook.

Often with Outlook it just needs to be restarted. First, restart Outlook. If you are still having problems, on the toolbar at the top of the window there is an option labeled "Send/Receive." Click this and it will refresh your connection and pull any emails that have not been pulled.

I have outlook 2007 on my computer but don't have

In this scenario there are two posibilities.
Either MS Outlook 2007 was preloaded on your PC (installed when you bought it) in which case you can use it without any trouble or it has been installed later in which case you will need a registration number to use it.
Hope this helps.
