Is the fan running. Is it direct drive or belt driven. If it's not running, you may have to replace the motor or the fan belt.

you have to clean out the dryer too,that's a gas dryer it should be taken apart and cleaned out at least once a year so you don't have a fire.you have to unplug the dryer,pull it apart and clean out the cabinet where the motor is and the gas tube,then clean out the blower wheel and the duct that the lint filter slides into,if the vent line is long stick a leaf blower into the line and blow it out.if you live in ma. and need someone to check it out peter de's appliance is a good service to call 781-438-9442

Hi-- none of the solutions I've read here are working. Same problem, dryer not starting, it says "Sensing..." and then "Wet" and does nothing. It worked fine on the last load, except I noticed it read 11 minutes for a very, very long time (I think it got stuck). New load? "Sensing..." etc.

Try holding the door switch and having someone start the dryer. If you spin the drum by hand with the door open and it takes off spinning, you have a bad/jammed motor. 300-400 dollar repair someone else would be better off doing. 4 hours to figure it out. 130 dollar part on the internet.

first change the ignightor if its a glow plug

This is usually a sign of a bad thermal fuse. Here is the part to order.You can check the fuse for continuity to see if it is bad. Remove the rear panel to access the fuse.

How long does it run for?

Check to see if one of the paddles are lose in the dryer drum.
