If you're using a cassette adapter it doesn't need to be set to a radio station your truck should be set to tape input. However you could get a 12V lighter FM transmitter that will play the iPod over the radio and with that you'd need the radio set to a specific station.

Just repaired this TV today. You will need to purchase the inverter board. The TV will power up....you will see "PLEASES WAIT", and disappear, you have a black screen. When you remove the back cover, look to your left. You will see a long vertical board. That is the board you will replace. Seek shop jimmy, enter model number of your TV. The actual model of the Dynex would be useful.

Maybe you could get it to come from the actual audio source, like the Cable Box, which has really good audio options while TV's usually don't and add nothing to the sound by being in the loop.

Ensure that you have selected the Microphone or the Line-in as your recording input. It sounds like you have set STEREO MIX as the recording input. Double click your speaker, select from the drop down "Properties" then Adjust volume for (RECORDING) select that and ensure that your appropriate recording device is selected. (XP)

1. Power Off: Turn off the device.
