I cant hear my music when i plug in my headphones,

Please try the following:
- Try using other headphones.
- Upgrade the device's firmware - here.
- Replace the PL entrance (where the headphones go in). You might need/want to send the device for servicing, or find an electrician friend for it, if you can't do it yourself.
Personally, I had the same issue with my Sansa Clip+, and I had to replace the PL entrance!
