menu > settings > security > change lock code > apply master code in place of lock code and press ok > enter new code what you want

Hi the problem you are having is with your message center number all you need to do to solve this problem is contact your service provider and ask them to send you the correct settings to your phone, they will send you these settings via a text message that you just save and it then up dates your phone for you.
they wont charge for sending you the settings and this is the only way you can get your phone set up correctly.

call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options

Contact AT&T Customer Service for your voicemail retrieval number. They can walk you thru resetting it in your phone. They are the only one who have this number to your voicemail.

The unlock codes are designed to only work with numbers. Sorry. :(

The phone may have an issue with your charger.

There is a long shot chance that the volume on that speaker has been muted and you should try to increase the volume while the internal speaker should be working. If your volume level indicate is set to max and you still have no sound coming out it then I would assume the speaker is dead. Most phones have 2 sets of speakers and it is very possible that one can fail and the other can work fine. If your phone is under warranty contact the manufacture for repair info. If it is not then post the phone's model and I can try to help you locate the replacement part.

You can obtain a PUK code from your carrier easily. (AT&T or T-Mobile...) Just called them up and ask them for the PUK code. After you input the correct PUK code, then the phone will ask you to put a 4 digit code. So have that ready
