Hanspree don't really have a manufacturer code for universal remote, but you can use "1004" or other one of the vizio codes, that works for me.

check diodes for short circut

unplug and hold the on button for coople of minunute then turn it on

You have to reset everything the cable box,the TV by unplug,replug it an hour later.Let the tv reset itself back to factory setting,and the cable box to upgrade it software.If it work that great, if otherwise you need to change the cable box, I hope this will help to solve the problem....

You might want to unplug the HDMI cable at the back of your TV first, then unplug the power cable of your TV for 10 seconds then plug it back in, then plug back your HDMI cable.

check the monitor manual setting buttons and check the contrast and brightness level from the fron buttons of the monitor
