You can try turning off your phone and and then while turning on hold the power button and volume down in order to enter recovery mode. Once in use the volume keys to navigate to reset option. To press select use the power button.

Your description of the problem says that the firmware is corrupt. Reinstall the firmware. That should solve the problem. If the problem still persists then the display IC has gone or is going (I hope not). Should that happen then the phone will have to be scrapped as it becomes beyond economic repairs.

Have you charged the battery, tied turning it on with the charger in?

there will be some problem in the charger or in the charging port of your cell ..

just have a check with the charger first with another mobile if needed replace it ..

if you still persist the same problem then there may be some problem in the charging port of your cell ..
the charging port may be is in loose contact ie it might not be touching the motherboard of your cell correctly just have a check by opening the cell if you are good at opening if needed replace the charging port ...

you can get it unlock from any of the mobile shop. The people in shop will be having the software to unlock the system

whilst the phone is on take the back cover off and disconect the battery this should reset the phone , replace the battery and start as normal. Also the phone slows down if you have not deleted your text message inbox,sent box, deleted box so keep on top of that and clear your cookies if you been on the internet.
