That must be a battery pack problem. This problem also happened in my black berry curve. I did buy a new battery for replacement and after that it worked well until today. So you better try this solution. But if this thing won't work. There must be a hardware problem. Bring your phone to a repair center to fix the problem.

Check whether your bluetooth connection is working and you can do that by checking using other phones whether your moblile is getting detected by the other phones, if it gets detected and still it does not work then it can also be of the very high resolution of the picture,,, it cannot be sent to mobiles which are not compatible with that much high resolution,,,,,

BlackBerry phones are very secure. There is no way to unlock your model without paying for either Vodafone or an unlocking shop.

Independent unlocking shops have to make a significant investment in software and tools to be able to generate unlocking codes and the money has to be recouped quickly whilst the relevant models are still commonplace, so they won't hand the codes out for out for free.

Once you have your code, please report back for detailed instructions on how to enter the code into your Curve 8310. Note that the process may vary for different models and is definitely different if you have a Storm or Storm 2.

take out your sim card and or media card and enter the password wrong. It usually has about 10 tries. After the final time, it clears any personal data on the phone for security reasons(thats why you take out your cards) Then when it is done reloading, you can change your password...make it something easy. Then go into your security options and disable the security lock. Then you can put your cards back in. Good luck.

Copy the contacts to ur sim{go to main menu, then go to main menu, then contacts, then u will see an available options.. }

After copying, remove ur sim from the nokia and put it in the blackberry....then go to menu then contact and then import the contacts,,,

Guys- I have had the same problem with my speaker not working and it comes down to the spacing inside the phone. Some people have resolved the problem by placing a small piece of paper or credit card between the phone or the battery back. I actually took the back cover off, the battery off, and then unscrewed the 6 tiny screws to take the back of the phone off. You'll then see two small pins that act as spacers to keep the phone back off of the speaker and you can gently bend them upward a bit more and this totally worked for me. I noticed after I was using a leather pouch to hold the phone, the only way to take it out was the pinch the phone on that area, and was thus "smooshing" these pins down and not giving the speaker the appropriate spacing. You'll void your warranty by doing so - but you should be able to fix the problem.

try to do a simple battery pull while the phone is on first. Let it reboot and see how that does. If still you have issues you could try reloading the phones software

Plug the phone into the computer after you have opened Blackberry Desktop Manager and one the phone is connected and it registers a pin on the bottom of the Desktop Manager software select application loader then choose update software.

Then pick the 4.5 or 4.6 os you may need to downgrade thats ok.

You have the easiest option to copy all your contacts to your sim card and then copy it back to black berry. In order to do this you simply have to go to your phone book options and in the settgings you will find copy contacts to sim and then put the same sim in black berry and select copy contacts from sim.If your contacts are more than the capacity of your sim then you can select the contacts to copy and you have to do this twice or thrice depending on your sim's memory.
