voltage error in the control panel: control board, may be something with the wiring between power panel and outlet, or maybe lint that has gotten caught in the motor(which all you need to do is move the motor back and forth a few times). I would try moving the motor back and forth, here is a website that will help get into the cabinet:

Please check if there's something stuck outside the rotating drum. Sometimes small cloth escapes out of the drum during drying and gets stuck in the rotating shaft. Just try to reach the back side fo the rotating drum inside and make sure that there's no cloth that's stucked inside. Please make sure that you unplug the cord first.
If in case that you did not find anything, you may have a busted capacitor or worse, the motor is defective. It could be that the motor windings are shorted or a bad bushing.

ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO ANY WORK ON IT.
Sounds like your problem may be a broken belt, or the belt may have slipped off of the motor pulley, or idler arm pulley or a faulty motor.
If you have to check/replace/repair your drum motor,drum seals,belt,rollers, etc.
If replacing drum seals be sure to use a good grade of weather proof cement to hold the seal/s in place.
Pay attention to the route of the belt, this will come in handy when you go to reinstall the belt and drum.
Sometimes the belt will slip off of the idler arm or motor causing the drum not to turn.

I think it has a Child Lock feature on this dryer, which may have been activated accidently. Google this model, for the online manual to release the Child Lock setting back to normal.

I believe this is a washing machine in contrast to the statement that it is a dryer. Remove the rear panel to check and make sure that the drive belt is not broken or has not slipped off the drum and the motor pulleys. Also check if the motor is running. If not, the motor speed control is the problem.

It would help to know what size breaker is feeding this dryer. If it is a two pole 30 amp, then I would first replace the breaker and see if the problem continues. I would check the name plate ratings of the dryer, should be rated at 229 volts and 30 amps. If it continues to trip the breaker, then I would be looking at the heaters in the dryer as the source of the fault,

check the vent

There are brishes specially designed for removing this lint.
They can be purchased at any appliance retailer.
There are a few different styles based on your machine...







To remove the plastic extension - it will have to come out the way it went in.
You may have to do some fishing... the brush may help you do it - it looks like a bottle brush. If you can get it into the extension tube - it may stay inside long enough for you to pull it out.

If it is able to burn skin DO NOT use it!!! It can easily start a fire.
With the added noise symptom, i am guessing something broke loose and is either rubbing or conducting electricity. Either way, it should be opened up and serviced.

Problem is going to be with the thermistor located on the blower housing at the front. You will see 2 plastic pieces with wires going to them. The thermistor is the one on the left. Cannot jump this out all you can do is change it.
