And I have a radio shack remote 3 in 1 15-1916 remote that I'm trying to program to this TV. If they are remotes that came from another television, you can't. They are specific to that set. If they are Universal - All for One remotes, you can reprogram them. It is better to buy remotes SPECIFIC to the Insignia model you have.
