Need the code for insignia tv, so I can watch it
Hello
Four digit universal remote code for Insignia TV are:-
0103 0189 0217 0135
................. 0133 0116 0167 0456 0029
Direct Code Entry
- Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
- Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
- Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
- With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

Code Search
If after trying "Direct Code Entry" your device does not respond, or if your brand is not listed, try doing a search of the code library for your code by following these steps.
- Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
- Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
- Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks once, then stays on.
- Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
- Press and release MUTE to install the code. The indicator light goes off.
Most users will want to store VCR codes under the VCR button, Cable codes under CBL, etc. If you want to store a VCR code under CBL, etc., first follow the procedure for Direct Code Entry and press CBL in step 2 of Direct Code Entry, then enter ANY VCR code in step 3 of Direct Code Entry. Then follow the steps above for Code Search.
OK.

it depends on what you are watching some things because it is only 720p are a higher or lower resolution you would need to either go to ur menu or use the zoom function to zoom in
if you have lines on either side of the picture it needs zoomed this is caused by 720p it is a half way resolution and i would not recomend it to anyone i would take 480i

When we play DVDs on our Insignia flat panel TV,
There should be a "Zoom" button on your remote. Try looking near the top right corner (Bottom right button in the group of 9 rectangular buttons). Press that button and it should change aspect modes on your TV.
I'm trying to find or download your user
check the remote and menu for format options. the remote may have a button that says "format" "size" "aspect" "wide" the tv menu will have an option to change the size in either the picture settings or something like that.

Getting a No Sync message on my television
I had a similar problem with my Phillips 42 in. LCD HD TV.
Here's the problem. The Power Supply Board. I opened my TV
up(warranty was up of course) and found several bad capacitors.
Phillips and several other companies were sold capacitors that although
were highly rated failed within 5 years because of a lack of
preservatives. All sorts of electronic equipment is now being effected
due to these defective capacitors.
Solutions?
1. Take it in and have it fixed
2. Open it up, check the board for faulty capacitors(bulged or leaking) Buy a new Power supply board and install it.
3. Remove PSB, remove faulty capacitors and replace with compatible new ones.
Hope this helps

Insignia 32" 720p Flat-Panel LCD
try checking the menu setting on your Dish Network, there may be a television format in that menu set up, if it is only when a dvd player is playing, then check the format on that, so on so forth... that is one place to start, check if it is local (TV) or if it is from attached component ( Dish dvr/ dvd etc). also refer to your owner's manual.. if all else fails, call customer service @ insignia
