if it is in warranty period than you can go to the retailer and tell him the problem, they will repair it with free of cost or else you may cost above 25$

if a new screen didn't work, and it was installed correctly, then you are probably S.O.L. the video driver probably crapped out on you

ok seeing as the last solution got a thanks for trying i take it thatthat didn't work, so you probably broke your screen, i did mine andafter 1 week waiting i had one delivered and literally 3 minutes afterit arrived it was in my phone and good as new!

First you have to cancel it and the under the more option move it to drafts and the restart phone

If you drop the phone from 5 feet, then the phone may be damaged, and you may need a technician to reapair it.
All you can try is removing the Sony Duo memory card, removing the battery and putting it back in place.
If that does not work go to a mobile repair shop and ask testing a new battery in the phone.

Ok, my phone had the same problem. I took the face plate off and the screen out and there's actually a little connector that connects to a board behind the screen(can come unplugged for replacement). I fiddled around a little with it and it worked fine. about a week or 2 later it happened again. I tried fixing it again and it would just flash white>black>lines>white, repeat. I know my phone's taken a bit of abuse, dropped down a road, soaked in rain, but it always worked after. These phone screens aren't meant to take abuse. Problem; the phone screen died. Solution; get a new screen.

take it to a local mechanic and ask him to charge your phones battery a minimum till 3.60v DC

Unfortunately that sounds as though the screen has gone. Take it into the network shop and see what they say. Good luck

take the phone and have the camera replaced on the phone.

srnvs - the firmware needs to be reflash on your phone to correc this issue....take the phone to a mobile service center to have this done or try online at topsony.com.

I had the same problem but i fixed it. I'm not sure if this will work for you though. I took off the battery door and noticed that although my battery fit, it was somehow off by a few millimeters maybe. I took a tiny piece of paper, folded it and then fit it near the edge of the battery. This pushed the battery exactly where it should've been and then the phone could read the sim card again. I don't know how it got knocked outta wack but this seemed to help.

well that has happent to mee to a couple ideas would be make sure the sim and battery are in right then let it charge for like an hour

Give it a few days to dry out, remove the back and the batter and let those dry seperately. If you're lucky it will dry out and be usable. If not, you'll have to talk to your provider about replacement options. Good Luck.
