Replaced printhead and cartiages. Printer will still not print black data.
I had my esp3 stop printing black also. I bought new cartridges even tho' I knew the ones in the printer were at least half full. Still not printing black. I finally called Kodak support and got a tech who was the first tech from India who could speak English well. He was very helpfull but in the end he told me he would send me the printer head because that was the problem. My printer was not used for about a month and the head dried up. The tech said that printer must be used about twice a week and the best way was to print the test by using the 'Scan' and 'Copy' at the same time. There was no sense telling the tech this is a huge flaw in the printer as he must have been hearing this for a long time. After I received the new printer head it prints fine. This is an absolutely huge flaw in this printer. If they can't make a different style of head for this printer these will stop being used................. So if you have the ESP3 (I don't know about the other models) and don't use it often the head will dry up and you can't clean it (according to the tech I talked to). Kodak should send these free for the life of the machine in my opinion.

Kodak ESP 3250 device driver failed to install with Windows 7.
64 bit. Is there a compatible driver?
The Printer Software supplied with the printer is for a Windows 32 bit.
This down load should correct your problem. It is teh Kodak driver whiz. It will check your computer to correct any faulty drivers for Kodak devices.

Kodak esp 3250 printer error. Remove rear access cover. Clear all paper. Attach cover. I removed the paper, and pressed "ok" to continue, reattached the cover, and it still says this. I tried restarting and even unhooked it.
To resolve the error condition: 1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer. 2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset. 3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary. 4. Wait until the printer is ready to use. If the error condition continues: 1. Open the printer access door. 2. Remove and install the print head two times. - See http://faqs.kodak.com/atg/faq/attachments/AUR1780-2.pdf 3. Close the printer access door. 4. Wait until the printer is ready to use. 5. If the error is still displayed, contact Kodak Click on this link or copy and paste the complete link into your browser. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response Thanks, Joe

My Kodak ESP 3250 won't scan. It just keeps telling me "Scan to computer failed"
Try initiating the scan from the computer, once you plug in the USB cable into your computer, go to My Computer, right click the sanner (should be called something along the lines of KODAK ESP.....) and press scan, then click which program you'll use to scan it, I usually do the Microsoft one, Good luck!!

Keep getting error message 100-2105 when I try to scan
I had the same problem. The icon disappeared. Then the 100-2105 error message came up.
The solution on the kodak web site worked for me.
http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1276/kw/ERROR:%20100-2105/selected/true
From your computer desktop, select Start > Run.
Type %windir%, then click OK.
Double-click the twain_32 folder.
Right-click the kodak folder, then select Delete.
Insert the KODAK All-in-One Printer Software CD into the CD drive, then go to D: > printer > scanner.
NOTE: The CD is indicated by D: above. The CD drive may be a different letter on your computer.
Double-click aioscannr.msi, then follow the instructions to remove it.
Go to D: > printer > scanner, then double-click aioscannr.msi, and follow the instructions to install the file.
Start Home Center Software.
Select Scan Documents and Pictures.
Scan a document.
If the error continues using a Wi-Fi connection, make sure you select the correct printer in Home Center Software.
If the error continues using a USB connection, see the following section to reinstall the printer.

kodak esp c315 not printing black
I had this exact problem and was able to fix it quickly. My black would not print or was printing lightly.
1) Open the printer and remove the black cartridge
2) Saturate a cotton ball with alcohol
3) push the cotton ball into the small pad/screen where the ink goes
4) wait a few seconds then replace the black cartridge
5) run maintenance app and do a cleaning then a test page
In my case this cleared up the problem quickly and without a lot of mess or dis-assembly
