Check if the Ink nozzle is not blocked. Some Ink cartridge comes with a transparent cover that you have to remove manually before the installation. You can test if the nozzle is not blocked by touching it with a soft tissue. If the nozzle is not blocked, the black ink should stain the soft tissue.I hope this helps you?
