How to reset to manufacture setting a royal professional Saeco machine

If the pump does not come on when you request water through the steam wand, then the pump is either ready to go out, or you have a blockage in one of the solenoids in the water circuit. Most likely, the milk frothing attachment that uses a solenoid to activate it, is blocked by calcium build up. The only way to solve this issue, is to open the machine up, and start at the water inlet and work your way back to the front of the machine. Top left side has a solenoid that is most likely blocked. May need to locate an authorized service center.

I have a saeco royal coffee machine. The display screen is very hard to read,

Display screen will need to be replaced, since this is a rather old machine, they may not be able to get new display screens, but you can find them on Ebay. The computer is a multi layered style, power board, CPU, then display screen held in with 16 pins.

Do you know an authorized Saeco coffee machine repairer in the Lilydale Victoria area?

Hello, Rob - Saeco is a brand name of Philips. This is the link to the Philips Australia web site: https://www.philips.com.au/?locale_code=en_us&remember_locale=en_au On that web site you can choose the link for Support (near the top of the web page.) Move your computer cursor down the drop down menu and left click on Service Centre Location. In the drop down menu for service centres, left click on Household Products. Scroll down the drop down menu which appears to find repair centres in the Melbourne area. When you left click on a service centre business name, you will see a map showing where the repair centre is located. Note: I am answering your question from the USA.

I have a Saeco giro coffee machine and nothing is coming out of where the coffee is supposed to be coming from !!! I have cleaned it and still I do not get and water or coffee out of the dispenser

There may be a problem with either the pump or the tubes from pump to brew unit.. This is around a 15 bar pressure machine and water should be flowing as normal as long as the pump is working properly and the tubes from it are clear. Check the outlet from the brew unit as old coffee oils etc can build up in places you can't normally see (or clean) without your knowledge. Is the machine making the same 'vibrating' pumping sound when its pumping??. If not the pump, which is quite a simple thing may be 'gummed up' mechanically and it may be not the waterways - descaling should keep those clean if you use proper descaler.. Cheers Mike

My Saeco incanto sirius isn't turning on. If I press the two circuit breakers' buttons it stays off but when I hold them down it turns on. Should I replace them? If so, where should I get them? Thanks

Hi Circuit breakers are there for one purpose only - to shut a machine down if its electrically faulty. They are there to protect you not annoy you. Turning the breakers on or replacing them does not fix the problem, it only hides it as it will do it again next time. Suggest you have the machine looked at by a Saeco tech - they will be able to see what is causing the machine to shut down - you can choose to repair or replace depending on repair cost and age of the unit. Despite having 2 Saeco, and 4 Delonghi machines, I choose to use a Cafitaly capsule machine now - works every time, I refill the capsules too, so a cup costs me about 9c instead of the usual 30 -50c when capsules are in a 10 pack. Cheers Mike

Hi! I have a "Saeco gran crema de deluxe". When I turn on the machine, water basically immediately starts to flow out of milk frothing "thing" ("steam pipe"). not a lot, but when making espresso lots

Hi not sure if that model has an electronic or manual steam valve - if electronic, it may be leaking slightly. If manual, its either not being turned right off or it also has a leak which allows water to get past it... eg - a leaking tap. Ring your Saeco dealer, explain whats going on - should noit be too much to have fixed. Cheers Mike

I have Phillips Saeco xsmall machine. Coffee was ok at first. Then it started making VERY weak coffee.

1-just descaled the machine(see manual, use citric acid, NEVER vinegar) 2-The reason could be the piston is not moving all the way down. Try pushing it down with your thumb and you will see if this is the problem or not. To repair you have to lubricate piston's shaft really well (with food-grade silicone grease or vaseline) so it moves up and down easily. You can try using an artist's brush to reach the shaft, but if it doesn't work you will have to disassemble the mechanism. If the piston won't go all the way down, not enough coffee will fit in the cylinder and the pill will be soft. Also lots of coffee will end up freely floating inside your machine.

My saeco odea giro coffee machine has a red light flashing quickly. The light looks like an exclamation mark. No matter what we have done to try and correct it still doesn't stop.

First try to prime the machine.
Turn on hot water and prime about 100 ml hot water. If the red light remain you have to change the flowmeter.

How to get the saeco machine out of safe mode

Hello,
the boiler has two shields or breakers. Each has two feet between which there is a button. Something has happened and one button has leaped up and turned off. You have to press it and it will click lightly and make a chain and the machine will light up.
