My hp 4315 all in one works but copier comes out blank

please ensure that all of the cartridges are created by HP and not a 3rd party developer. If not, the HP firmware would stop that one cartridge from printing. Also, you can ensure that the color that's not printing isn't empty. Otherwise, you can check that each color cartridge is properly installed and then restart the printer before moving forward.

Installation of hp colour laserjet cp4525 issue via usb
Your printer should have been packaged with a USB cable regardless of whether it is a wireless or wired printer. Plug the cable into your printer and your computer's USB port. you might need to update the fuser assembly. Please ensure that there are no other issues (ie paper jam or low toner level) before restarting your printer. Otherwise, please ensure that your printer isn't overheating. If so, turn it off for 30 minutes before using again.

HP LaserJet Pro 100 M175nw Wireless Color All-in-One. How can I do a factory reset? I can't find a solution on the web.
Question edited for clarity. Full make model.
A factory reset won't fix firmware crashes or errors on updates. The firmware is what the machine does before the software is loaded and how it is loaded. A Reset, only reloads the operating software. Error 79 is an easy fix though. You will need to take it to an HP Service Centre if the firmware update is the issue.
It sounds like the printer is holding a print job in memory since it is showing " Printing Document" now on the display. Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue. Disconnect any cables from the printer, except the power cable.
