Emerson LC220EM2 Remote Control Questions & Answers
Need remote code for my remote using an rca
Hi, people! This person didn't mention what model his RCA remote is... therefor, we cannot tell them codes. Every universal remote has a different code database. Their RCA remote may require a 3-digit code, or a 4-digit code, or even a 5-digit code. And even if it was a four digit code, the codes you guys provided has a good possibility to not work as they may be for a different RCA universal remote then what they have.
You must find the operating manual and code sheet for the exact model universal remote you have. A good source is rca.com.
I want to program my universal remote to my Emerson TV (LC220EM2)
Hi all.
1. You must find the model number of your RCA universal remote.
2. You must search RCA.com for it or else google.com for "[model number of RCA remote] + operating manual"
Ignore all those who listed codes.. they have no idea what universal remote you have. All universal remotes have different code databases.
BTW... You most likely will not get any universal remote to work well with your TV. When you get done fiddling with universal, know that you can always purchase the OEM remote from link below (guaranteed to work without programming):

4. Enter the correct code.
5. Test remote functions.
- If unsuccessful, try code search or auto-programming.
6. Ensure compatibility.

My Emerson DVD player says Disc Error Playback feature may not be available on this disc
The error message "Disc Error Playback feature may not be available on this disc" can have a few different causes. Here are some of the most common:
- The disc is not compatible with the DVD player. Some DVD players are only compatible with certain regions or formats of discs. If the disc you are trying to play is not compatible with your DVD player, you will get this error message.
- The disc is damaged. If the disc is scratched, dirty, or otherwise damaged, it may not be able to be read by the DVD player.
- The DVD player is faulty. If the DVD player is faulty, it may not be able to read discs correctly.
Here are some things you can try to fix the problem:
- Try playing the disc in another DVD player. If the disc plays in another DVD player, then the problem is with your DVD player.
- Clean the disc. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the disc. Be careful not to scratch the disc.
- Format the disc. If the disc is formatted for a different region or format, you may need to format it for your DVD player.
- Reset the DVD player. If the DVD player is faulty, you may need to reset it.
If you have tried all of these things and you are still getting the error message, then you may need to replace the DVD player.

Anyone know the start and run cap values on an Emerson LR63596 model T63XWBSS1486, labels have deteriorated
The capacitor values for the Emerson LR63596 model T63XWBSS1486 motor will depend on the specific application and the motor's specifications. Without more information about the motor's voltage, horsepower, and other details, it's difficult to give a precise answer.
However, as a general rule, the capacitor values for single-phase AC motors like the Emerson LR63596 typically range from around 5-80 microfarads (µF) for the start capacitor, and 5-100 µF for the run capacitor.
That being said, it's important to note that the specific capacitor values required for your motor may be different, and using the wrong values could cause damage to the motor or affect its performance. Therefore, it's recommended to consult the motor's documentation or a qualified technician to determine the correct capacitor values for your specific application.

Where are fuses on a Emerson TV model # LD190EM2
Fuses are solder in, and chances of a fuse blowing without other bad components are slim, take it in for service or better yet buy a new TV unless you have a multimeter and know how to trouble shoot a tv
