I lost my reward card how do I replace it?
Hi.
It's the system trying to put your question to the right people.
Your first approach should be to the customer services desk of the organisation it belongs to.
Explain you've lost it, and give your details. You should get a new one through them.
If it is a store card, they actually know everything on it already - so don't settle for losing all your points etc.
They also know what type of shopper you are, whether single or with family - and most importantly if you make use of their offers.
Ever wondered why they swipe it BEFORE you buy anything?
This is because every item you buy is logged by their computer.
This store card information is traded for profit, and they can tell exactly what price they can sell their own brands for - to make you switch. - So it actually benefits them more than you in this big-brother world. Don't carry one for a bit and see how they push you to sign up.

Char-Broil 463722313 chain
think its a match holder, if the spark doesnt work, you can place a match on it, light it and lower it down to ignite the gas...
hope this helps

I have an infrared grill...
More than likely it's over fill protection valve (OPD) in the gas tank valve. It will affect the grill's regulator when the tank valve is opened to quickly. It should always be opened VERY, VERY Slowly (Slow motion, slow).
Hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

How to attach venturi clips
Hi Angie1457...
Look for a hole the size of the venturi clip and insert it into the hole, some are held in place by a screw in the middle of the venturi clip and some have tabs that need to be bent over to have them stay in place.

Hi stephlive4u...
You will remove any clips, pins, etc from the pins you will be inserting into the hinge holes of the grill.
Have someone hold the lid and you align the holes of the hinge together from the base and lid.
After they are aligned then you will insert the pin into the aligned holes and insert or clip on the retaining clip, pin, cotter pin,etc on the end of the pins you just inserted to lock them into place and to keep from losing them.

How do I take off
It is not necessary to remove the whole ignition module. Just unscrew the plastic ring around the rubber push button. The battery holder is inside that. Be sure to install the new battery facing the same way the old one is.While the old one is out, check the contacts inside the battery holder for corrosion. If you see any, a Q-Tip and WD40 work well to clean it OFF.
Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa. Happy Grilling!!

I cleaned my grill to
To get a high flame, do the following:
Be sure you have adequate gas in the tank to maintain combustion. If that checks out OK, start with step # 1.
1. Turn the gas tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.
2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.
3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).
4. Once the tank valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and set the burner
control knob on HIGH. Does the flame height look correct for being set on HIGH? If so, light
the remaining burners the same way. Do all the burner flames look correct? If so, you solved
the problem. Remember, to always open the tank valve Very, Very Slowly.
If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's
Hose/Regulator Assembly. It runs about $30.00 at any home center or
hardware store that sells grills & accessories. If you replace it,
turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.
Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Happy Grilling!! Thanks for choosing FixYa.

Where do you hook up
The side burner ignitor wire connects to the spare lug on the main ignitior module. That one module, controls all the spark ignitors at each main burner and the side burner. When you press the button all ignitors spark at one time. I know it sounds stupid, but that's the way Charbroil's R & D designed it. I guess it saves money.
Hope this helped you to make the final hookup. Happy Grilling!!

A small wire from under the grill became
If the wire is attached to the igniter behind the front panel, the other end has most likely come loose from the electrode that provides the spark to light the burner. You most likely will have to remove the cooking grates, flame tamers/briquette grates to get tho the electrode.
