DACOR ECS130 - SET TEMP APPEARS TO BE LOWER THAN

There is a calibration procedure you can do using the oven control panel to adjust the thermostat but the most adjustment you can make is no more then 35 degrees either way so if it is over 35 degrees off then it is too far out to calibrate 100%.

Press bake then select a temp of 500 or higher then quickly press and hold the bake button for 5 seconds until "00" is displayed. Then press the up/down arrow to move it in 5 degree increments. Once selected press cancel/secure button.

Using the calibration methods will allow you to adjust the temp closer to the true temp you are reading. Make sure you are using a reliable tempature gauge using a thermocouple(like a fluke meter) at the center rack and give at least 10 minute warm-up before taking the reading. Electric ovens produce a pretty even tempature but it can vary some when the electric coil come on and off. The cheap oven guages that you place in the oven are not very accurate and not dependable. I would verify the tempature is off with a thermocouple based temp guage before calling it out of calibration. Don't trust the actual reading of the digital read out...not very reliable. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Dacro Wall oven (electric) does not heat past 345 degrees on bake or convection bake but broiler works and bottom oven works fine (for bake, convection bake and broil).

it could be the oven temp sensor rod located near the top of the inside of the oven,or possibly the bake element has a hot spot on the element and can no longer pass enough current thru this spot to correctly heat to your settings a hot spot on the element will look discolored in this area

Dacor Oven model # CPS127 - part # 13158B - discontinued. How to find

More than likely your not going to be able to find a part once its been discontinued, especially if its been that way for a while, but there is an alternative though. There are companies that specialize in rebuilding control boards, etc that have been discontinued and are no longer available. I would contact a company like appliance parts depot or another major distributor because they will have the numbers you'll need to contact those companies, but remember, whatever the cost of the part was is nothing compared to the cost they charge to remake the part.
