Please give it a gentle tug and see can the oven control dial move outward.
The objective is to clean the dial on the body of the stove. Please use plastic glove and mild detergent to wipe the post on the dial clean.
Use dry towel to COMPLETELY dry off the post of the oven dial.
Let it dry for 30 minutes or use a fan / oven hood range to speed up the drying process.

After oven turn on

F1 means the system watchdog cicuit has detected a fault.

Try pressing CANCEL for 30 seconds if it continues after that you will probably need a replacement control board.

PCS 127 does not heat up. Fan and preheat start.

We were able to unscrew the plate that sits behind the latch. 6 screws I believe. Look towards the middle back-right side you will see a red switch. Click it twice. Before we put plate back we tested oven and it worked!!! Hope this info will help you. Dacor oven has been a real problem and I'm a kitchen designer. Will never recommend Dacor anything to my clients after many oven issues.

The oven keeps blinking F2

F2 Heating mode high temperature This alarm is activated when the ERC senses a runaway heat condition or when the temperature exceeds "runaway limits". The ERC will beep until the cancel or another function is selected. If the alarm repeats the F2 code check the oven sensor and wiring after first checking for a stuck relay. If alarm goes away verify the oven will complete a clean cycle without any type of failure.

The cooling fan on model

Yes , there is a cooling fan located at the top of the oven
It could be the fan blades catching, or a noisy fan bearing.
You would have to access it by removing the top oven cover to check., and yes it could be as a result of having it cleaned.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

New MORD227 installed yesterday.

You might have missed some procedures in between. You can use the user manual that came along which describes how to use the model, in the best way possible, including diagrams. Since it's under warranty, don't attempt any of those repairing measures, if suggested by any other expert. If you are not so confident of doing it yourself, you can contact the dealer, who will provide you a company repairman for free. He will teach you everything fine. If you have a habit of forgetting things, try noting it down somewhere.
Cheers. Thank You.
