Brugnetti Simona Top Espresso Machine Questions & Answers
Hello, I have a Brugnetti
Unless the fill solenoid is already damaged, there is no need to remove it in order to fill the boiler. Install the pump, tighten the collar and start the machine as usual. If anything else is wrong, you will know within a few minutes. When the computer calls for the pump, it will automatically open the fill solenoid.
Boiling.
Their is a thermostat connected directly on the water boiler and this might be stuck open or it is completely brocken and you need to replace it. Please note that the above problem it does not come alone, maybe the machine is too old or used too much so you might need a very good ispection by open the side panels and work it open so you can see if their are any other problems that might damage the machine further.
Good Luck

There seem to be enough
Wait for the machine to come up to temp, them purge a quik blast and discard it. If the machine is getting hot enough to shoot out a scalding blast of steam you should be good. If you shoot it into an empty plastic water bottle the heat should shrink that waterbottle like it was put in a fire. (don't actually try).
The trick is getting a good thermometer if you don't already have one, you need to get your temp spot on.
Non-fat milk and 2% foam easy but whole milk is a real challenge.
Some folks make it looks easy but foaming milk takes alot of practice.

Afraid to rip shower screen to clean group basket
If the screen is stuck to the diffuser the only way to get it out is to pry with screw driver, it might be easier, to do if you remove the old gasket, doing so will sometimes release the diffuser and screen. If that does not work then use a small flat screw driver insert it into the hole the screw came from until it catches the inner edge of the screen, then lift on screwdriver, this lever action will pry out the screen without damaging it. If the screen is covered with coffee which it probably will be, use a pair of needle nose pliers and hold the screen over an open flame, (stove) the coffee will burn before the metal.

Schaerer SCP is not rinsing correctly
Check the Operating Temperature:
Ensure that the machine has reached the correct operating temperature. If it hasn't, the indicator light will be on. Wait until the machine is fully heated before proceeding.
Check for Ongoing Programs:
If a rinse or cleaning program is currently in progress, the cleaning button may be flashing. Wait for any ongoing programs to complete before trying to brew coffee.
Inspect the Brewing Unit:
Make sure the brewing unit is properly seated and not obstructed. The brew group should be in the correct position.
If the brew group overflows, it could be due to a blockage or misalignment. Remove the brew group, clean it thoroughly, and reinsert it properly.
Inspect the Coffee Spout and Drainage Area:
Check the coffee spout for any clogs or blockages. Clean it if necessary.
Examine the drainage area at the bottom of the machine. If water is running away onto the floor, there may be a leak. Inspect the drip tray and other components for leaks or damage.
Refer to the Operating Manual:
Consult the operating instructions manual for your Schaerer Coffee Club machine. If the above do not resolve your issues, you may have to contact Schaerer Services.
