HELP PLEASE!!

I am slightly familiar with older sewing machines but not modern machines. It is a long time since I've seen my machines. If your presser foot has a wide slot it is clearly possible to use it for zig-zag sewing. If the machine is capable of zig-zag or swing needle sewing, it is sometimes possible to swing the needle and fix it to the left or right and fix it in that position. I suggest you check in your machine instruction manual. Perhaps the presser foot you are using is unsuitable for your machine...

Frequently, while I am sewing, the needle hits something below the guide plate and gets stuck. I have to remove the guide plate and then the needle will release. What is the problem with my machine?

If the needle gets stuck with no thread, The needle is hitting something. Could be needle not up all the way or something needs adjusting. If it gets stuck with thread. It is probably an upper thread tension or threading issue.

JUKI DDL-5550-6 E7 ERROR CODE

The first thing to try is the fuse. The best way to do this is swap the machine's fuse with that in your kettle's plug - this should also be 13 amps as on your machine. Also, it is possible that there has been a power cut; even though these are rare they can happen, so do not dismiss this possibility. The final thing to try is to move the cable and see if the machine will come on. If the machine comes on then you will need to contact the manufacturer for advice about their repair service
