I got a new machine
Try it again using other bobbin and make sure that it is filled/winded correct and tighly.
My machine was working.fine when
clean under the needle plate where the feed dogs are for lint
also get a can of air & use it on the bobbin area
change the needle
rethread the machine top thread & bobbin
make sure the bobbin is not warped or damaged
check the top thread tension
I bought some new bobbins for my CS600i but they
#1 you need SA156 bobbins, you can get them online at ebay, 20 for $8.99 and free shipping. they are fast delivery. Now, you need to rethread your machine, insert a new needle. Then do this test, pull on the top thread with the presser foot up, now put the presser foot down, then pull the top thread, it should barely move. This usually seats the thread in the tension discs. Hope this helps you fix your problem.
I bought brother 5000
have you turned the handwheel at least 2 revolutions toward you after to put the feed dogs up?
What does error E1 mean on a brother CS6000i
hello, the E1 code simply means the machine is working so hard, you can follow the information below to help you fix the problem,
The instructions for bobbin winding tell you to click the start button
for the bobbin to wind. When you do that you get that E1 with a
beeping. What they don't explain is that in order to press that "UP"
arrow button to get the bobbin to wind..........you need to UNPLUG the
foot control. So, in other words it to be used for sewing w/o a foot
pedal. Now instead of doing as per instructions, assuming you've
plugged everything in (foot pedal), after winding is finished just
press the foot pedal and your off and running or sewing as the case may
be. BTW, look it up in the TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION OF YOUR MANUAL.
please kindly rate the solution if it;s helpful,
take care.
I've been sewing for awhile and randomly my bobbin
try changing the needle-just incase it may have bent or be blunt or have a burr
take the bobbin out of the bobbin case & put it back in again
check the thread take up lever to see if it's threaded- when the thread comes off it can cause the machine to jam in the bobbin area
Need manual for singer tiny tailor model tt600a
Go to singer website singerco.com and type in tt600, I found it when I was looking for a 600, so you may have to just type in 600. Good luck. BTW, why do you have a picture of the Brother cs6000i?
I have knocked off the metal portion of the needle
If it is not broken, just slide it back on and line up with the eye of the needle. If, broken, call Brother, at 1-877-276-8437. Don't worry I have one of these machines too, they are tougher than they look. I have 6 sewing machines and each one has their own quirks.
The thread from the bobbin immediately bunches on
Try this test when you have your machine threaded, with the presser foot up, pull on the top thread, it should move smoothly, then with the presser foot down, pull the thread and it should barely move. Sometimes, it has to seat in the discs to be threaded right. Also, try a new needle. sometimes they get a little bent or a burr on them. Good luck, if all else fails, call Brother at 1-877-276-8437
My sewing seem to run to slow
Do you have a lever below the digital stitch window? That's where you change the speed. There are 3 speeds on this machine ranging from "slower than frozen molasses" to "autobahn" ... When you try the different speeds, you'll see what I mean!
