Your Configuration Chip 069E00520 may be bad. If not that...then the Main Controller 960K41683 would be the culprit.

I don't believe there is an ICC profile for this printer. It is considered a "Office Color printer" for printing word documents and spreadsheets and occasionally print pictures...it is not a graphics printer or something you would want to do color matching on.

Most of the time this happens because the paper is not aligned properly in the tray. Make sure the paper is fit very snug next to the paper guides.

go to printer properties, page setup then select the paper size you want then save.

no is this ur printer is laser or inkjet means because of low usage one the printer will be on but no usage so try uninstall the print drives install newly and then try sitll it has problem means problem is with the main board
