You will have to replace the fuser if you are getting the following errors:
Repeating spots or lines every "54mm" or "2.13 in"
The image quality is very light and missing a lot of color
If the control panel display reads end of life
Open the top cover, remove toner cartridge, jam should be below there. There's a common issue where the grey transport belt break underneath the toner cartridge, inspect those belts to make sure both are intact and not broken. A picture of the belt is at link below

The MCU Board is overheating. If the room temperature is normal, replace the MCU Board.

That error is a printhead tilt fault. The printhead is not able to cam back and forth correctly. There is a kit that fixes that problem, part number 8570-Z1. http://www.iteminconline.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=8570-Z1&eq=&Tp=
Fixing temperature control startup error
Temperature of the Fixing Assembly did not reach the specified temperature within the specified period of time.
Remedy1. Check connectors on the fixing film unit. 2. Replace the fixing film unit. 3. Replace the engine controller PCB.

Great answer, My error did not go away and it made me remove the entire ink loader tray and find that one of the metal spring clips came out of place and the heating element came off its place, Thank you Jose Cada so much for that answer.
Here is the sequence to clear the error 04,025,46: ###(print count) on my 8860MFP:
Press SYSTEM button on the dark center section of the control panel, select INFORMATION and then TROUBLESHOOTING then SERVICE TOOLS, when in service tools press and hold the up arrow while still pressing the up arrow press the down arrow. the display should say SERVICE . select ENTER DIAGNOSTIC MODE press enter, WAIT 20 seconds before display shuts off and goes into diagnostic mode, go to function menu. then go to clear ISC fault and enter. ISC=ink stick count fault.
The inkloader has gone bad, the error signifies that the yellow ink is unable to melt, part number 133K27770

You just got to look hard at where your paper jammed.
Don't just rip out the page. investigate fully I'm sure the answer must be obvious.

The Print head assembly is not able to move to its home position probably some debris could be stopping it from moving to home position check and clean as necessary
19.003:48 is the error code 21274 is the number of pages the unit has printed. the error indicates a power difference of +- 20% when trying to drive the printhead. The issue is the Electronics Module (System logic and power) or the Wave Amplifier (Printhead Controller). Both of the parts are fairly easy to replace. If it is the wave amp it is a somewhat affordable part.if it is the EM you should replace the printer. It isn't worth the fix.
